Flight advertising in Germany is regulated by the federal government, as well as by German state governments. In Germany, all aircraft used for advertising must be registered with the German Aviation Authority, and the advertiser must obtain a permit from the Federal Aviation Office. The key is valid for a maximum period of one year and can be renewed annually.
