Even if the cancellation is made, the fee refund can only be refunded depending on the agreement with the advertisement media owner (seller).

14- AdsChange

What is AdsChange?

The purpose of the advertising media exchange system is to enable advertisement media owners to exchange their advertisements.

Users may or may not include their products in the AdsChange system by answering the question, 'is this advert eligible for AdsChange', which they encounter when posting their advertisements space on the admarket site.

The parties can mutually offer each other their products that are suitable for exchange.

Parties can accept or reject these offers.

In the AdsChange system, users will make the payment like normal ad booking.

The parties (Users) can only receive their payout payments from admarket when they have mutually delivered their advertising booking purchases.

With the exception that if the parties notify admarket in written form as agreed between themselves, the admarket will take the necessary action.

The normal ordering process is valid; the only difference is that both parties can withdraw the money they have paid from the system once both parties have completed the advertising services.

The purpose of the AdsChange system is that media owners can benefit from the services of other media by using their own media spaces.

Of course, until certain advertising services are delivered, their money remains under custody in the admarket system. The same admarket commission rate applies.

Users who use AdsChange are deemed to have accepted these terms.
